2. Site visit & brief If there's a good fit, Jeremy visits your site to understand its opportunities and constraints — and listens carefully to how you actually live before putting pen to paper.

3. Proposal You receive a clear, fixed-fee proposal outlining exactly what's involved and what it will cost. No surprises.

4. Design begins Work starts. You'll see your home in 3D from day one and be consulted at every stage — your vision stays front and centre throughout.
