We specialise in the design of new houses for the towns and acreage and farmland along Victoria’s rugged Surf Coast. Town projects are usually quite constrained because of planning restrictions and require a combination of design innovation and procurement strategy to ensure the optimal outcome is achieved. For these projects, Jeremy draws in a team of experienced consultants to navigate the complexities in the delivery of your town or country house.

Renovations

Most of our work involves upgrading existing houses to meet the expanding needs of multi-generation families. Designing for this context requires a careful analysis of the client requirements, understanding the existing building, planning, construction and other constraints followed by a creative design response. As this is a complex process- this is where years of experience come in- Jeremy has encountered and resolved most problems and thrives on finding innovative design solutions!

Victoria’s Surf Coast is blessed with ecologically rich and diverse coastal landscapes. We specialise in the design of new houses that are responsive to these individual landscapes; that work with bushfire and vegetation overlay requirements whilst fulfilling the needs of owners and family. Jeremy works hard to maximise views and orientation to ensure your dream house is filled with light, breathes with the changing winds and is a joy to live in.
